Complaint handling system used by financial companies are handled live agents these days, there’s a need to move from which automatically handles the complaints increase efficiency & save cost time. We planning develop an automatic complaint classification that deals with customer segregating data routing it right department. using Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) Deep (DL) concepts and implement Python, Jupyter Notebook,.etc. The end product will be web- based application where can register their with- out having worry about sending (Bejarano) Devel- oped segregate route Through this project we trying attain best results for our task comparing various models, models Ensemble methods on basis of accu- racy time applying one suits requirement. (Zhang, Zhao, Lecun) pre-processing like augmen- tation, lemmatization etc top TF-IDF Word2Vec ML DL respectively.
